Old but mostly clean. The arena is tiny though and be mindful of where you enter (especially when it is raining), because there does not seem to be a common area outside of the arena? Accordingly, the parking spots are also limited.
Went on a Sunday to check out the Play palace, was stopped by the people who held private birthday parties there. There should be at least signs, or annoucements that it was not open for public because the lady was extremely rude.
