Great off leash dog park . Enclosed children's playground . Bathrooms are a sometimes dirty. There are homeless people that overnight under the big trees . They are polite and not much trouble for east vancouver anyways
I live next to Victoria park. It's got character I'll say that. Because we are a pretty civilized neighborhood it's safe for everyone but also has its spots that need explanation for comforts sake. The bathrooms are useable but not nice .…
