It's frustrating to come to a vendor that is supposed to be open and they are clearly closed. I came by before 5PM yesterday to grab some cupcakes for a friend's birthday at the new cupcake place by the smaller booths in the market, and it seemed closed even though it said they were closing at 7PM on the Well's web…
